Denvest pays any rent payment due during construction. Any overage in materials cost and unforeseen issues during construction will be paid by DV.
If the buyer is within the planning stage, we allow buyer to review and make changes, however, only in the early stages and anything-reasonable changes during construction. Any upgrades will be a change order.
